How to Request a Return
Email us at info@leadingtrowel.com.au with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Postage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.
