All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, VIC.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Approx. 3–7 business days -
Express Shipping – $15
Approx. 1–3 business days - Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (Australia only)

International Shipping
Yes — we ship worldwide!
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, providing items are:
- Unworn & unwashed
- In original condition
- Tags attached
To lodge a return, email info@leadingtrowel.com.au with your order number and item details and we’ll help you from there.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can make it right quickly.
